What weapons would you like to see in the game?

I’ve been wanting a high-point and more machine pistols for a while now ;_;

And don’t give me the “It’s in america” crap, stuff it into a mod.
Ninja.

KA101 triggerspins an L39B over to Ninja

Heard the Oracle sent you some good news.

That’s not very descriptive…

Shotguns that can be attached to melee weapons…

Is it possible to make melee weapons that can use ammunition to increase damage. Something like a powerhead?
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Powerhead

Although a spear like single shot gun that has good melee stats, crap range and great damage would be easier to make.

Yes it should be possible, the most likely thing is to give them a flag indicating they have a special attack that always triggers, inside the definition of the special attack it would do nothing if the weapon isn’t loaded, and do bonus damage or something if it is (and yes a powerhead would be a GREAT item to have as a holdout weapon for melee characters), as would a wasp knife or similar.

So how long before 40mm mininuke powerhead?

You’d die in the blast I’m sure…

The powerhead may be launchable from a spear gun.

Outside the water, speargun range is cut by 75%, IIRC.

Well, that seems massively nonsensical.

Air resistance is much lower than water resistance therefore the range should be far higher in air than in water.

Right?

Notably, spearfishing guns go about 5 meters IRL, at least underwater. Cutting range seems like an odd gamey thing, since there’s no real reason (beyond weight dragging it down) for it to go less far above water.

Its important to notice that spearguns use hydrodynamics to keep themselves accurate when underwater, outside of water, they would be inaccurate due to the lack of rifling in the gun and the lack of fins in the spear.

Lion

In the extreme wilderness of Africa a legend was said to be true. Two centuries ago, a very young boy was taken from his home. The child ended up amongst the captives of an african warlord. There was a mutiny in the camp, many ended up losing their lives and the boy dissapeared once again. Some of the natives claimed to have seen a beast that day, and a tale after tale about this event’s gruesomeness afterwards. The young boy himself turned up far away in a tribal village that was not very acceptive, until an opportunity was introduced to him…
Not unlike quite a few others, these natives had a test of sorts, the kind of which introduces young hunters into manhood. It was rather terrible to ask of a young lad to hunt down a fully grown animal, even more - it had to be a lion, and the task was due in three days. A barefooted, unarmed boy ventured into the savannah dusk.
It was in the early dawn when a shadow appeared on the horizon, and another smaller one next to it. The boy was walking next to a female elephant, and she hauled a lion’s carcass. The locals never forgot what they’ve seen that very morning.
The boy’s right arm was enveloped in lion bone. His hand and fingers held lion fangs and jawial fragments. His lower arm was put through a hollow bone, with a sharp bone spike slightly bended to the right of his wrist. A terrible, jagged bone protected the outside of his upper arm and shoulder, the last one being a broad blade made of collar bone of a lion.
The boy’s left arm stretched forward as he approached, asking for reward from his peers.

You’d die in the blast I’m sure…
Evading this outcome would merely require possession of an awesome shaft…

Wieldable elephants?

Maybe he means more bone weapons. A bone katar sounds nice.

Obviously, Vulture is actually asking for the ability to whack more monsters with indigenous New Englanders…

It’s a short story (form) I wrote; obviously, I was inspired with CataDDA. I was told it was good, too.
'nuther thing’s - as dreadful as it shows on the young story actor, the bone (or chitin) kit is viable by any means really; it’s a rather terrible boneclaw, a solid armguard and a melee/slashing bone shoulderpad supplement. It packs a fierce grab attack, offers a very precise piercing-bound bonespike and a gruesome retaliate option on account of a broad, bone-made blade.

Be it as it may, there are many, many tales of young warriors originating from Africa. This one’s my take on it.
