Pretty spot on, but for Old Southern, and the female version at that. (yep, there are multiple sub-dialects, fun times)
I only ever knew one person who actually talked like this, but she really did talk like that all the time. Seriously, āwhy I de-clare!ā would not have been surprising from her.
