Hulks should be able to pick up and throw nearby loose objects at the player, preferring the heavier ones, such as lumps of steel and engine blocks (it would rip them out of nearby vehicles). Hulks should also be able to pick up and throw brutes and other monsters, too. Next up: hulks throwing each other.

When doing anything with paper (or items made from, related to, or items near paper) there should be a chance for a paper cut, inflicting 9999 damage and bleeding from a random body part. Because that would be realistic.
