And with NPCs “noting” you’re wearing clothing associated with the other sex.
NPCs shaming you for wearing a sleeveless trenchcoat, fingerless gloves and cargo pants.
NPCs giving female mutants shit for not shaving, unless they wear 100% coverage armor on all bodyparts. And if armor does have some but not 100% coverage, NPCs asking about fur on the covered bodyparts.
Rude NPCs in general.
Critical hits describing how much you wrecked that female dog (even when it’s not female! and not even a dog)
This is decending into a whole new lvl of bad.
The One F Jef Mod:
Unique encounter,
One F Jef always spawns one time per world, after 15 minutes, while in combat he quotes some of his famous lines while playing rogue-likes such as CDDA and Dwarf Fortress.
Interacting with him spawns a random hostile being within two tiles of the immediate area (first conversation only, on close) upon death Jef’s body always explodes, rendering any items in his inventory unusable from the concussive force, even power armor and CBMs (if any were installed on to him on his own or by the player)
fixy!
Walking into any piece of furniture gives a small chance of stubbing your toe, giving 6 pain and minor damage to one of your feet.
people with clumsy trait have greater chance and suffer greater damage. Also a chance to bang shin and if they have clawed feet or other hardy foot chance to damage furniture. Heavy people have a chance of shattering tables.
The psychopathic trait should produce a morale malus if a non-player character escapes the bubble.
Randomly spawning moderators that are hostile to NPC’s because they dared to utter a slur. Being near them causes a -50 moral.

“From the north you hear a slur!”
“From the north you hear gunfire”
“NPC has died”
“You see here 1 NPC corpse”
“A moderator is nearby! Safemode ON!”
Methinks too soon. Though it does indeed qualify for the thread topic!
The idea of handling slurs as noises instead of speech is hilarious

Burning an American flag causes the spirit of Uncle Sam to appear and kill you.
Ahem, I believe that it is I who shall kill the spirit of Uncle Sam with my flag-burning ways!
Every time you use a console, there should be a chance that you find that it has been left on a T.V.Tropes page and automatically lose 1d100 days. There should probably be a high chance of a zombie being spawned in front of such consoles.
Extremly American Trait: You can’t sleep unless you are using an American Flag as a blanket.
“You try to go to sleep, but can’t. You don’t feel patriotic enough.”
Putting five onions into a ‘X’ shape and lighting them on fire will allow the player to summon Shrek.
