After you die, you rez as a zed. Can’t hold stuff, equip, craft, talk, drive, attack zeds or anything like that.

Can eat corpses off the floor. Once you eat enough, you grow into a brute and then a hulk. Being a hulk makes you SMASH on crit.

Since its assumed that the character is always running everywhere theres a chance every move to trip and sprain your ankle, adding +1 to your pain for every tile you move afterwards for the next 24 hours.

Better hope you dont trip and fall while fighting or running away from that horde.

Also a “Jetpack” item.
A huge wearable frame with jet engines strapped to it, wearing it and activating it will boost you forwards 100 tiles in a straight line in a single turn, impacting anything, even a shrub, will instantly kill you.

So, being the curious sort that I am, I Googled ‘bad dragon’ because I was having a difficult time envisioning what a ‘dragon dildo’ would be.

I guess I was expecting a dildo shaped like a dragon or something? Daaaaang, was I wrong.

Who in the heck would want one of those things, and be brave enough to actually use one?

Between the outright dangerous looking pointy ones and the mutant looking creepy ones, my appetite took a nose dive and crashed into the side of a mountain. There were no survivors.
