We could have an item from the labs called The Cure. Its description says: “These pills revert the zombification process. They were still in development though, and there are some… minor side-effects. Pull the pin to activate the item.” Its a consumable, and when you eat it you die giving you the message: "As you swallow the pills, your head explodes. At least you won’t be turning into a zombie."
If you remove the pin it becomes active, and explodes in a small radius after a few turns. Any zombies in the blast radius will die instantly, but instead of dropping zombie corpses, they drop human corpses. :3

Also, we could have an improbability drive!
You could craft it from short range teleporter, some duct-tape, and any vegetable (preferably a pickle: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HIQN_iXpqLU). You can install it in a vehicle and refill it using fresh vegetables. When you activate it, it teleports you and your vehicle to a random place a few maptiles away, destroying obstacles and scorching the earth. It also starts fires, grants you the buff flameshield (There, I cast flameshield on yous. Also, I spat on yous.), and does weird random stuff, like spawning whale corpses, flower pots, nether monsters, mutating you, etcetera. Maybe we can even have a specific monster that can only spawn from this, and keeps yelling to you about the previous times you’ve killed it. :3

A gun under the barrel? How about a gun on the end of the barrel? A gun that IS the barrel? A gun mounted on the magazine! A gun that’s a part of the grip! That sight it’s equipped with? Also a gun. And so’s the stock. If a receiver can TECHNICALLY be a gun according to the right legal interpretation, than make it LITERALLY a gun too.
