Tank museum. Hmm, that actually sounds like an interesting idea. o.O
EDIT: Now, if I could find any good info on the layout of typical IFVs…it’s either that, or make another Mekava-like which is easier.

Well, the BTR-70 (maybe others) got a hatch at the rear, I think (could be wrong), and between the centre wheels (and you’re expected to leave through there while the BTR is moving).
If you’re looking at a tank museum, here’s a start. Cutaways of a T-34, M4 Sherman, Panzer IV, and a Panther minus turret. Best I could do quick, but I’m not home at the moment, so…
To supplement that, here’s a few for the Type 3 Chi-Nu:
Link 1, Link 2, and Link 3.
No idea about the odds of seeing one in murika, though, but anyhow, one of my favourite tanks.
Ah. Could be helpful. Should’ve checked this sooner, I’d already been adapting the light tank’s layout to make an IFV. ;A;
Great job with the tanks!! Really enjoyed tuning the little atomic one
The only drawback I see is that .308 and .50 are now by far the most common ammunition.
Is there a way to add more randomness in the amount of ammo you find in a tank ?
Easiest way would be adding some variation in what guns are mounted on the vehicles. Granted, most were modelled after real-life vehicles which do love the hell out of the M2 and M240.
Here just encountered something where your APFSDS’s wasn’t overkill… one should never annoy dancing zombies…
yet to hit anything with any of the reloaded shells unless it was right next to the cannon
That’s a recurring issue with mounted weapons, having trouble getting a reliable hit. This is magnified with the reloaded, lower qualitity shells.
And…yeah. Good luck killing the zombie dancers with ANYTHING.
…i will complete my bestiary of kills!..(hopefully)
Oh damn.
WHAT did you hit them with?

Glad to see I’ve yet to be proven wrong in that item’s statement. o3o
One one hand, the really nasty properties of that kind of round don’t materialize unless it hits something tough enough to trigger the unique physical and thermal properties of depleted uranium.
On the other hand it’s still a rather large hypervelocity slug that is going to have 0 problems tearing apart pretty much anything else it comes in contact with.
True. If I recall, I gave it the incendiary flag, but I’ve yet to see that flag actually DO anything. XP
amm… is it about Tanks mod? in last night build (009d626) in mod Tanks in vechicles.json has an error:
line 174:73 missing separator
Aw hell. ;w;
Well, time for another PR…
Commented elsewhere. But using the last build released on the 25th, along with Blaze’s newest version of their mod, these are the errors I mentioned getting.
The last one repeats at 10% intervals until 0.
