You can obtain the tileset by either downloading an old version of Cataclysm-DDA like 0.D or the source code of that which both still contain it and copy the folder over - but it will miss all new monsters - or find his/her github account (which Iā€™m hesitant to link here as I do not support his/her way of behaving and linking it might lead some to falsely see it as validation) and download it from there.
