Now that’s a nice improvement, more lively appearance than a static one.
how does one add this
mod ver. here. 
i will consume this art as replacement for old rain and snow
sadly, mod it self or 256x256 weather effects in 32x tileset has 2 problems
1 all rain or snow disappear from screen when you move, and it is very noticeable
2 rain and snow graphics will be inside buildings where it should not be
