Seriously, it’s like repairing it requires the same skill level as repairing a rocket engine. I have 7 fabrication and still 0% chance to fix.
Are you on a recent experimental? It was updated with a significant buff to be default CVD Diamond Edged about two weeks ago, and it got the NO_REPAIR tag as a result.
