What's Happening in YOUR Randomly-generated Apocalypse?

Somewhere in there a minireactor is waiting!

is it drivable?

Yes… but I don’t want to put my fuel in there!

drivable wrecks make me laugh

I knew I should have left mutagens well enough alone. Now I emit radiation and have red spots. Peachy.

Congrats, you’re on your way to slime-town.
It’s okay, the flag is more than 2 squares away from anything flammable and Cataclysm doesn’t have wind (yet).

Bill thought that I was wasting my time using an electrohack to get into science labs, so we just rammed our way in. It turns out that using the electrohack is a good idea after all. Bill lost a wheel and some armor plate to the turret inside the entrance before I could get a shot at it. Poor Bill, you should have listened to me :frowning:

EDIT: on further consideration, we could just ram our way in from the side and flank the turret…
I really like bill, he’s seems like good people. If you’re ever in the area, drop him off so we can drink a beer together. Oh ok, I guess you can come too.

So you’re gonna need a map…

Left the evac shelter with nothing on me, even clothes, for a mine. Upon exploring it I found no clothes, but a backpack and a petrified eye, some water, some bionics, and a gas lantern… Trip continued to the military bunker to the south, didn’t find a key enroute, moved on to the Toxic Waste dump, grabbed the key there and doubled back and opened the bunker. Clothes inside, but no way to get to them.

In the middle of a thunderstorm I dragged myself to the center of a minefield and gave up for the night, sleeping in the mud.

Continued on, found a lab. No door on it, further down the road (the yellow M) found some dead military folk, still no clothes. made my way to the lab to the north (this one had a door.) and I’m hoping I’ll find clothes here.

Really? I would expect at least one army jacket or pants to spawn on one of them.

It’s been acid-raining off and on, odds are one did but it dissolved away, the spawns have been rather light.

Since today is my birthday (YAY) i’ll be creating a new world and i’ll share my wonderful adventures with all of you.

And thanks for those who will say “happy birthday” or “i don’t care”.

Just for completeness,
Happy birthday!!! :smiley:
I don’t care… :stuck_out_tongue:

will the imbalance of greetings vs birthdayindifference make a difference?

Yeah, it will give you a neutral position in relation to my birthday.

Happy birthday = friendly;
I don’t care = unfriendly;
Both = neutral.

Chose your side soldier!

Talking about cakes, my character in Cataclysm just found a cake in one random kitchen, now if only we have some candles…

What’s going on in this lab?

Probably a Mi-go mimetizing a parrot so that you get near it and it eats you alive.

What’s going on in this lab?
What the hell?

I can’t believe you guys never saw a Mi-go in a lab…

They act like parrots to attract you, then, when you enter their containment chambers they kill you.

Edit: BTW, what is really creepy is that it says (on top of the log) “manhack corpse”. o_o
