Nah… to be honest I had a look on the wiki too, but I didn’t find it. Then I just tried the obvious G from remembering someone saying ‘grab vehicles’ :S
Anyway… Current run is going great. I’ve located another shopping cart-- town has no gunstores unfortunately-- but I found two houses with a basement. Both basements were armories. Entire town is void of a copy of guns and ammo though, so I’m going to grab a BB gun and 200 BBs I saw in a sports store and train on the few remaining zombies in town. after that… squirrels?
Scouted the outlying area… There’s fucking swamp for miles. Thank god I went scouting on foot at first. Took me an age to find a kevlar vest too, found some army corpses far outside of town on the road-- and as a bonus, there were scientist corpses there too-- and to the south I found a Lab, in the depths of the goddamn swamp.
But now I’ve got a light survivor suit and all my gear is fitted and reinforced. Soon as I’ve trained my guns some so I can use all my weapons, I’m going to complete the construction of the DeathSpikeMk3 (Think dragster of doom. it’s got 36" wide wheels, two trunks a 6L V8 engine… and soon it shall be spike-plated… gehehe…)
Hopefully the wide wheels will help, since there are fucking landmines errywhere. I mean, all major roads leading out of town that aren’t bridges or surrounded by swamp are mined and I’ve not even started laying beartraps yet. The southernmost bridge/swamp area is mined too, as if giant mozzies aren’t bad enough.
Current objective: Complete the DSM3, load up all my gear and go loot those army corpses first… I remember they had a few nice pieces there. After that, I’m going to raid that science lab for mutagen and hope to holy hell I don’t get tentacle arms.
Oh, I also butchered some hydraulic muscles and a ton of other useful CBMs from the few shockers in this middle-of-nowhere town, although I’m not installing them just yet. As usual, I’ll let you guys know when I die a stupid death.
…Well, it was a short but glorious reign. That V8 engine was the death of me. Felled by a tree as I was speeding through the swamp to the lab. T___T

On a fresh spawn I checked my map to notice my location on the edge of a small town in the middle of the woods. A couple houses right outside and a stash of food set in the middle of some traps I noticed. A shocker and a zombie chased me so I led them through the traps then butchered there corpses after they fell to a shotgun trap and the other a crossbow and bear trap.
I decided to check the first house just down the road which had a stairwell leading down with a good bit of clean bottled water which was about all I cared about at the moment. I grabbed those and stuck them in the trunk of this empty flatbed since I noticed there was a gas station up the street a bit from the town. Got there and filled a plastic bottle with gas then walked back to the truck and filled it. I then Drove the truck up there after looting the rest of the house for food and some medicine to fill it completely then I noticed there was an anthill close by.
I ignored it for the time being and decided to search one more house to get more food and liquids. Was hoping to find a backpack or container to carry more but unfortunately could not so I had to make about two trips from the house to the truck. Decided to drive away for the time being so I could find a safe place to call home for a good while. Well to my surprise another anthill about 10 squares away from the other one just north of it on the map...Then another one about another 10 squares northwest of that one...
I was swarmed by ants as I was going about 170+ down the road just to get out of there as fast as possible. I normally stay reasonable with speeds but I just wanted out of there. I eventually just decided not to try anymore and end my life so I committed suicide.
I wish I would have taking screenshots and I would rather have an anthill over a swamp next to me any day but 3 in close proximity and my flatbed about totaled from ramming through hordes of them I decided to say fuck my life haha...
Throughout my adventures in the apocalypse I’ve raided military bunkers, explored labs and prisons, rooted through the belongings of dead bodies scattered across the road, yet nothing has intrigued me or made me curious about the world I’m exploring as what I just found. Hitting up a pawnshop, I saw on one of the display cases, a rock. There is nothing fancy about this rock, but it makes me think about the situation that took place between the pawn shop owner and the man who tried to pawn the rock, and even more so I would really like to know why the rock was accepted.
If you raise your skill in geology, you can identify it (with ‘e’). It’s then possible to melt it into metal to make nice crafts & mugs for example. Must be some valuable ore here.
I’m being menaced by a really creepy Jabberwock. It spawned in a forest along a long, winding road that I take into town when I go on supply raids. Every once in a while, I’ll catch a glimpse of the thing while driving past it’s hunting grounds. Last time I went into town, my raid ran long and darkness fell before I started heading back. This time the darn thing was standing out in the middle of the road. It roared at me as I missed it by a hair. Definitely makes me anxious at night when I hear those footsteps outside the farmhouse. I think it’s time to take the show on the road, sheesh. Or find a machinegun or something

Zweihandered one of 'em to death. Lost my shit when he missed me three times in a row and I critted something like 200 HP outta him in a single hit.
However, zweihander is hella sick, yo. No need to find 1-tile chokepoints, 2-tile passages are fine and comfy to paint in blood and guts.
I’m the proud owner of a semi-truck, but I’m trapped in a zed infested city (Lots of shops, at least three apartment towers). Fully functional and 87% fueled, a regular flatbed without fuel is blocking the only bridge out of town (It’s that or drive through town again).
While I have a wonderful car and enough food for three days (Water isn’t a problem. Lots of swamps and rivers on this character’s world, never short on matches), I don’t have nearly enough gear on my person to last more than a few seconds in the city, as all I have in the means of combat is a crowbar and some SWAT Armor (Fits). (Hey look guys I’m Gordon Freeman!)
Any suggestions? I thought that this was an interesting situation, maybe a survivor from the past had left the truck there as a barricade, as it seems to be now.

It will immediatly go shooting off into a random direction. Or alternatively just siphon a bottle of gas from yours and put it in it the other car, drive it out of the way, drain the remaining fuel, and put it back in your car. problem solved. If you need a hose, then go smash a fridge. Its in there…

I don’t think I have enough spikes to plow it, just a vanilla semi until I can find a public works.
