Bizarre isn’t the right word. I don’t get many bizarre deaths.
However, I was once hit for 2000+ damage by a certain laser-targeting enemy and obliterated.
Also, I pressed the wrong button once, dropping my ammunition in the fire rather than a log.

Starting a bottom-of-a-mine scenario with a specific reference to a manga, decided to mess around with it even though I knew what was going to happen, wondering how the creatures even killed me would be the most bizarre though.

Probably when a hulk was patiently waiting on the other side of a wall for me to finish burrowing through it to suplex my ass the moment I broke through.

I activated an artifact I found and immediately burst into flames. I was dead before I could move three tiles.

Thats actually a hard one but I guess at the time probably the first time I met a naked mole rat, he introduced himself by dropping the ceiling on me in a lab then nibbled my head off
