So, in the inventory description for the Glock 22 it says …
Weapon is not loaded, so stats below assume the default ammo: .357 SIG JHP
It also says …
Compatible magazines: Glock .40 S&W/.357 SIG 22-round magazine and Glock .40 S&W/.357 SIG 15-round magazine
I put .357 SIG JHP in my Glock .40 S&W/.357 SIG 15-round magazine, put the magazine in my Glock 22 (.357 SIG), and try to fire it.
[EDIT] Looks like it’s this issue

# Describe the bug
I looted a guard in the rescue center. He carried a Glock … 22 with an extended magazine which was loaded with .357 SIG. But if I try to shoot it tells me that the Glock 22 can't fire with incompatible ammunition loaded.
I also spawned a Glock 22 and extended mag via the debug menu. The mag spawned loaded with .357 SIG. Same story. When I spawned .40 S&W and loaded that it worked.
# Steps To Reproduce
1. Make a player with a Glock 22, magazine, and some .357 SIG.
2. Try to shoot.
3. It doesn't shoot.
4. Check out npc guards in refugee center. They spawn with Glock 22s loaded with .357 SIG.
# Expected behavior
If Glock 22 is supposed to be able to shoot .357 then it should do so. And if it isn't it shouldn't spawn with .357 loaded.

Honestly I don’t think any ammunation can go in it. Pretty sure it’s broken.

I bought back a SIG P226 that I had previously sold, so it’s all good.
Yea it’s broken, I have a PR up fixing it, but it’s taking a while to make it in.
Follow up to my own post, in 11271 my Glock 22 (the same one) can load .40 ammo into the magazine and fire those.
can confirm, .40 ammo in the glock 22 works just fine, its the .357 SIG rounds that dont work. perhaps at some point in the code the .357 got confused between magnum and SIG?
Edit: i mean, kevin says he fixed it, and i can only assume its a simple-ish fix, but yeah~
