For people with winter only worlds, have snow actually pile up slowing any medium size bipedal-creature without snow shoes or a ram equipped car.

breathers have a 1/5 chance per day of devouring all the oxygen from a 50 overmap range and growing on a even bigger breather(which produces normal breathers the same way a normal breather produces small breathers)

Automated vehicle removal (dis)service

This is an automated citywide system that starts towing vehicles away from the city streets one at a time, using autonomous machinery. The reasons could be such as perceived parking violations, sufficiently damaged vehicles and inability to reach the registered owner. The cars are towed into a junkyard just outside the city and will be processed (recycled, destroyed) in due time. Naturally the player’s vehicle would not be immune to this system. Over time, the streets would be cleared of cars, which is a mixed blessing - on one hand there’s less vehicles to loot from, on the other hand the streets become less obstructed for driving.

The junkyards would be protected, and player intrusion would bring police bots.

The system would be the only one allowed to operate outside the reality bubble. The system should start functioning immediately in the 3x3 or 5x5 overmaps surrounding the player upon game start, and beyond that it would depend on player exploration, possibly in multiple overmap radius around the player.

this almost feels like a good idea… although more suited for a mod.

actualy it sounds like good idea, good source of raw materials so you will never end with too many frames and not enought steel plating

still in the towing service,maybe you could rig the junkyard main computer so they transport the vehicles to your home instead?

You should be able to improve your mobility by getting saddles and bridles and applying them to wild horses, or bears, or tankbots…
