I have no real right to say this being an not being an artist and all, but I will anyways. If you truly want a soul crushing oppressive feeling you shouldn’t have INGSOC in a hand written font; I’m thinking of something more bold and sans.

Yeah its a valid flaw, I just didn’t care much about the banner or the perspective (you can see that the horizon ends way earlier than it should), it was only an exercise to get practice on light coming from windows which is why they are the most elaborated part of the drawing.
