As long as cataclysm is illogical and insane, “that moment” will always have a place in this forum.

Fairly sure this was on the third page… but whatever. Anything past the second page is necro to me. Anyway, I wanna see what you new guys have gotten into that is relatively easy for me to get out of.

Probably the time I butchered an entire school full of zombies and zombie kids while wielding a zweihander and standing in a tiny room with zombies pouring through an internal window frame.
And then realised I needed to update the game and would lose my progress and character.
That moment when you try to light a fireplace but miss and light your entire food storage shelf on fire and the fire extinguisher pile is in another room.
This totally didn’t happen… no no of course not…
That moment when you remove you brazier on accident and your entire house burns down.
That moment when spitter zombies burn through your boots and feet.
That moment when you defeat a zombear by lighting the terrain underneath it on fire. Only you are inside a flammable building, and your schizophrenia decides that it’s a nice time to take a nap.
You’re set ablaze!
That moment when your non-combat character actually beats the odds stacked against them and prevails over hordes and the cold to find shelter (and craft a blanket) for the night. 
That moment when the same character gets murdered the next day after an NPC drops three grenades at his feet, drawing every zombie in a 50-mile radius, including 2 zombie hulks and a zombie master. 
I haven’t seen any positive ones in a while.
That moment when you clear the entire town of zombies.
That moment when you find a library with so many books that it takes you two weeks to read them.
That moment when you weld on the last military armor plate, completing your ultimate vehicle.
That moment when you clear your first lab in the experimental.
That moment when you realize you have 50+ strength from Granades.
