It’s in the options somewhere below the static spawn option.
On. Dynamic spawn is not only…well I hesitate to use the word easy because outside of the first day it means its almost impossible to fully clear a town, but it will be going away at some point.
And wander spawn is currently annoying as hell, I can’t even hunt chipmunks with a silenced 22 without drawing in every zed for 10 map tiles.
