Reading the wiki, many parts seam to be updated for 0.C stable, but out of data for experimental. Is this intended? Should it be updated for the latest changes in experimental? What sort of information should be considered a spoiler or not mentioned on the wiki at all?
Also does anyone know who runs the item browser?

Yep, but there was a plan to tag pages to certain versions (so you could easily see for which version it was updated), and a plan to show some history with certain tags. But those plans have worked at cross purposes.
