Has anyone else had any issues with the Scavenger Bunkers? I tried to load one as my starting scenario but got the 'location unavailable ’ error and, thinking about it I’ve never actually seen one before.
I install most of the standard location mods, although I removed the one which installs the mega malls and missile silos this time around because my map was absolutely flooded with them last game and they provide too many resources.
Any suggestions about what the problem is?
