Wiki is considerably outdated despite efforts to bring it up to date, and is only useful for general guides - and artifacts, since they’re as outdated as the wiki.
Use the CDDA Item Browser for items instead, which is guaranteed to be up to date: Reflex Recurve Bow crafting, for example.
