No Craftable Arrows

Version 32ef4ed Windows Curses, 1724 on Jenkins
I have 10 fabrication, and 5 archery.
I’ve barely discovered the recipe for a heavy wooden arrow and some others but still no wooden arrow.
I’m surprised I had to study this much, I almost thought the recipes were gone. I even read a few archery books cover to cover.
Are the requirements for arrows supposed to be this high?

Other outdoors-y books may have some too. Should be at least two sources for any given recipe in DDA.
