Nope.

It’s one thing to have two books with the same name, one of which is Useful and the other not so much. (Reading the standpipe maintenance log isn’t fun, but of itself isn’t harmful.) A grenade and a completely innocuous item sharing the same name is a gotcha. Gotchas are a dealbreaker.

(And the Granade is both spelled differently and (unlike any other item in-game) capitalized as a proper noun. That should get people’s attention. “potato masher” and “potato masher” are indistinguishable.)

And you haven’t seen one in ages because they don’t increase the range you can throw a grenade, they actually decrease it.
