It has a nice little video.
So lots of headbutting, knees and elbows. Stuff to keep people from getting up on you and be able to utilize pistols and knives in close quarters combat.

Going with what the IDF guy said about Krav Maga, maybe both styles could be primarily based on using long guns in melee, with Krav Maga focused on doing heavy damage with gun bashing, and Army Combatives focused on pushing zoms away and breaking grabs. They’d compliment each other beautifully.
