MRE packages not being put into food storage zones

So I’ve been playing around NPC zoning, and I noticed that when dealing with MRE’s, NPCs will put MRE packages, into Container loot zones, rather than food loot zones. Honestly this is more annoying than anything as this also applies to IFAKs and First aid kits. Is there a work around to this?

I usually unload the MRE packages, the sealed entrees will be sorted into the food category. I believe you could also set a custom sorting zone for specific items if you don’t want to unload the MREs.
