on a side note… perhaps the squishy fungloids should be recoded to a proper level of… squishy? Rather than being Armour penetrating, weak spot seeking vehicle killers.

Well, my beetle finally bit the dust, in an infinitely more Fun way than I expected.

Sounds more like a problem where impassable car tiles aren’t counting for preventing spores from spawning on the other side of them (like impassable terrain does).

Just Spawn one in, Siphon most of it’s fuel, and take out any ammunition that spawns with it(Leave Only Two, Maybe Three Shells If You Want).
Then It’ll be fun for you, and not so cheating, despite you’re spawning it in…

Well serves me right, forgot my rifle home.
Seriously though there REALLY should be a way to mitigate that spitting, nerfing corrosives would just take the !!FUN!! out.
Maybe a riot shield with high enough EP vs acid?
Oh, the stats went quite high, starting with straight 8s got up to 10/12/22/9.

Minding my own business, looking for a jack so I can start taking apart the various vehicles I’ve collected to make my custom car.

Suddenly ((Psh nah, I knew he was there forever, I was just pretty sure I was out of the agro zone.)), Chicken Walker.

I give him a pretty wide berth and I’m poking through a pizza building.

Apparently they can move pretty fast, he somehow managed to close the distance in a few turns and is right next to me, thankfully he hadn’t started firing yet.

So, bam, shotgunned him, then was exploded by the death explosion.

I always forget the death explosion, yeesh, blasted spiteful robots.

All I wanted was a car jack.

Well, I had a good summer run as a barbarian. Figured I’d see if I could get the best available gear for minimal warmth due to heat, and take on a spider basement…

Lesson learned. No matter how high your stats and skills are, good armor is a must if you want to avoid being noped to death.

I died scavenging a city for a welding hood to start a car.Was fully armed but quickly ran out of ammo…I need to scavenge at night time.
