So my character starts between a swampy river to the North, and a Fungal tower to South. Road going from SW to low middle to SE and N just East of me. Because I am starting in winter this means I don;t have to worry about the swamp and I basically have an inexhaustible food supply just to my south.
Finally I get my throwing up to a level I think I can take on the fungal tower (never fought one before). I fight my way through all the fungals to the core just using throwing sticks anytime anything gets to close. I have to back back out a few times but feel like iāve mostly got this. Some other creatures come in, zom dogs and such and keep some fungals busy. I finally get through the wall and start hitting the tower a few times only to have wall grow back >.< ok.
Continue hitting wall/core and protecting myself from anything that gets TOO close and retrieveing throwing sticks, rocks, and anything else I have picked up in a desperate attempt to get a few more things thrown before retrieving. had to recover items from the tower itself while the wall was down a couple time, and even get my gun out when I get desperate.
Tower gets to almost dead I get hurt by some fungal creatures trying to double team me. So I decide to eat some of those malburies I found, because I vaguely think I remember people saying they are really good. I am thinking more mutations ^>^ maybe Iāll even exchange bad mutations for all good ones. Eat one, and find I lost many good AND bad mutations, but Iām dedicated to know EXACTLY what it does now, two more berries later I have 0 mutations. check my @ stats⦠and find that my entire body can feel spores seeping into it. Instant Rage quit, because there is no way im going to spend THAT much time waiting for my char to inevitably die.
