Hills/vision range

So like we have ‘working’ z-levels, are we ever going to be getting hilling(elevation changing) in-game? we already have stuff that’s similar like the LMOE shelter entrance. Also, max/minimum view/draw distance of the game I think that if we get stuff like binoculars or binocular vision we should be able to actually see farther not just notice landmarks from farther away.
