I redid this twice just now. Too make it look better. Anyway, thought I’d draw it haha, cause this happened to me today. (I honestly thought my Archer could take out a whole town) But I forgot to stock up on a few hundred arrows, apparently, 70 wasn’t enough.
I started a small short story (Cataclysm Based) which I’m hoping to go for roughly 50 or so pages, a couple of days ago so I’m going to work on that while I’m in the mood to and before I fall asleep.
First I’d like to say that I like shrubs, shrubs allow me to kill bears and zombie hulks (I light them on fire, they burn very nicely), they just really don’t like getting run over.
This has happened to me several times, it’s apparently possible to somehow fumble at fumbling, I’ve accidentally made a 90 degree turn in 2 or 3 moves.
Not sure how that works, maybe the fumbling happens post-action, so you can turn+fumble-turn in the same move.
I wish I could perform Magic driving skills under useful circumstances, instead I turned straight into a gas station, I had planned to turn parallel to it before slowing down, instead I fumbled until I was driving straight towards it, the handbrake made me spin around so I hit driver side first, RIP month old super mutant.
Yeah, fumbling is weird. If you got lucky you could make an extremely sharp turn as a level 0 driver in one turn, whereas the level 4 driver would take 2 turns (and maybe crash into the house you were turning away from)

It’s a magical doubleturn!
Yeah, that’s the magic of RNG directions (Similarly zombie’s ineffective stumbling movement can actually make them go faster towards the player if the RNG turns up that way).
Stand up, begin walking, “lose balance” forward and correct.
You are now running.
We need stamina/breath and running, too. There’s a huge gray area where you don’t know if your character is constantly running or sort of jogging so they never really run out of breath.
I want to be able to sprint away when in danger, dang it.
Ever tried sprinting when you’re trying to catch a bus for class?
Hell, man, running with one backpack is hard. Or am I just a packmule in catadda? Longstoryshort sprinting would be a nice feature but encumbrance will make it an unavailable ability a lot of the time, I think.
