I think they already are; it’s why squirrels and rats are so hard to hit. It also makes you a bit harder to hit when up against hulks.

get the martial arts style that gives you infinit doges when you attack, get 20 dodge skill, a fluffy tail, and uncanny dodge cbm, then fight a hulk, or read a nice book standin next to them

Let’s go a step further. We need flashlight launchers with underbarrel flashlights, rail flashlights, flashlight grip, and flashlight sights. And the flashlight launcher also functions as a flashlight.

The flashlight launcher would also be able to launch m203 flares as a bonus!!! lol
