Also,I quite like the general idea of this CBM, , although chances are this sorta thing would have to be ONLY in some sorta vault, also, I assume the power requirement for ‘huge’ would be bare minimum 1200

But yeah, i was thinking even possibly up to 10,000 energy consumption, if for balancing reasons, due to the range of effects being very difficult to cope with (almost nothing resists them all) and it gives them extremely high powered cyborgs i keep seeing a more flashy bionic to sink their power into. Ze.
