Can't see further than 4 tiles

2 Years ingame, last mission of the refugee center quest and this happens. You can see it’s sunny ingame and 3 PM but still i can only see 4 tiles away from me :(. I’ve tried everything so far, even installing newer experimentals to try and get this fixed. Any help?
