So I’ve noticed a few things about the Cannibal trait that I rather like, killing Child zeds doesn’t come with a morale penalty nor does killing an NPC (Because hey, they’re just food.) Eating human meat results in a morale bonus, but there’s one thing I can’t help but notice.
Reading “To Serve Man” lowers morale incredibly for the Cannibal. You’d think it’d affect it no more than any other cook-book.
You are wandering the city
You find a book labeled "To serve man"
You you beam with happiness as this is the first book that you have EVER found about cannibalism.
Then you open it to find it is just another cook book.

You are wandering the city

You you beam with happiness as this is the first book that you have EVER found about cannibalism.
Then you open it to find it is just another cook book.
That would be fucking depressing.[/quote]
Perhaps, but if I found a cook book for pizza, which I happen to love I’m not gonna break down and cry. I’m gonna make some pizza. XD
Imagine that the art of making pizza has been forgotten.
Imagine that Pizza is one of the few things that keep you sane.
Then imagine finding a book labeled “How to make P I Z Z A”
And read Preposterously Ingenious 'Zamples of Zyzz’s Aerobics.

I don’t understand the comparison, “To Serve Man” IS a cookbook, I don’t really think one’d expect to grab it, flip through it and go “Damn, it’s not a textbook on bettering yourself and others.” (…Well I suppose it is there too…)
