Best way is to stock up on food and water and wait it out in safe location will take a few in game days depending on how bad the addiction is.
Or live life on the edge and go around usual business while waiting out addictions ( with you stats badly impacted).
Only way to get rid of the addictions is to go a few days without the drugs your addicted to.
