No bionics, no traits that would cause it, no current addictions, not taking any drugs. It’s day 3 in the evac shelter and for some reason my character keeps hallucinating. I also don’t see any artifacts laying around nearby.

No mushrooms, but I suppose it’s possible I missed a flaming eye looking at me.
That’s not good though. I might have a fungal infection if that’s the case.
