so in other days when i was disassembling an apc i find on the road, for no reason theres a 2 Z Necro appeared out of nowhere, one is on north and the other one is in south,i decided to approach the one on the south to kill him using my pipe mace but when i got near the Z it just disappear for no reason and yeah at that time i realize i got hallucinated but i doesnt know what caused it there are 3 strange event i encounter when scavenging the world before i got this
the first one is when i wanted to go west side, i encounter a fungaloid tower on the area i dont have any choice but to bypass so many fungaloids in the way (i dont even going outside my truck and just evade it along the way)
second one is i encounter the portal storm (in my other runs i dont even get hallucination so idk if this possible)
third and last i encounter the mine just bit of my curiosity i decided to explore it and found strange eye artifact and on there i got a choice for me to interact with it but i decided to not do anything with it
idk what happened and how i got the hallucination pls someone explain to me maybe if you know how to get rid of it too
Fungaloids don’t cause hallucinations as far as I know. They can infect and you can join them, but that’s it.
Portal storms are scourges on the game, but I’m not aware of any such effects, although I wouldn’t rule anything out if you’d enter portal dungeons.
Artifacts are dangerous, and as far as I understand carrying them can affect you, with additional effects caused by interaction. I don’t think artifact effects are permanent, so dropping it ought to be enough to remove the influence (and I think this influence is contact based, so it OUGHT to be safe to store is somewhere close). I would expect the effect to either end immediately or to wear off over time (and I wouldn’t be surprised if that time would be dependent on how long you’ve carried it around).
so after 3 ingame days the effect kinda weakened a bit from what i see the hallucination creature seem more rarer and rarer to appear but idk if this gonna wear off, i only hope i got rid of this cuz rn i wanted to raiding a lab i find, but with this effect seem distracting me even just for reading inside my truck T-T
