Fuck me, I stood too close to a tankbot blowing up and it deafened me.
How long does the deafened effect stay? Or do I have it permanently?
Can be a bit random. Can go away in a few hours, sometimes it takes days. Haven’t been deafened permanently yet, so I dunno if that happens.
Just strated up the experimental o.o Scary, how I can run and cant see in the dark and all the changes.
I had to copy over my customized spawn groups, since by default you never see packs of spitters and shriekers and brutes and soldiers and etc. I noticed several new critter types, namely the zom-group ‘runners’ ‘acidic’ and ‘grappler’
Are zoms not ‘running’ as fast as you anymore? And seeing the cost weight on the grappler I think theyre bad news bears.
Grapplers. They can be fun.
Grabbers, except they can go all Dhalism on you and yank you towards them from a distance.
They combo’d me once. Grappler grabbed my survivor, next thing I know there was a hulk beside the grappler and then suddenly my survivor is grabbing on a car on account of getting smashed away from the wheelbarrow and into a car wreck.
Killed by a cockroach trying to sneak to a clothing store. Cockroaches, eh?
Killed by a shocker brute trying to get onto a motorcycle.
Killed by a horde surrounding me in an ‘alley’ between houses.
Killed by ??? as I was unable to move when an acidic zom was attacking me.
Killed by a cockroach.
Killed, again, by a cockroach.
Got to a car that has a clock in it :] neat
The noiseless black while driving is so much worse than that dark grey noise we had before. Very clausterphobic.
I’ve been playing with a randomly generated character who is a schizophrenic psychopath…That’s seriously what he was generated with. It’s been…well…crazy. I absolutely love the effects of schizophrenia in this game; I’m a tiny bit psychotic and paranoid in real life haha and I play this with no sound and all the lights off. When the message “YOU SHOULD QUIT THE GAME NOW” popped up on my screen, it legitimately sent a chill down my spine, and I hopped out of my chair to turn the lights on.
It was weird man! It was just so incredibly unexpected. And my heart rate was already up on account of a hostile NPC having chased me all the way down the street. I lost him as I rounded the back wall of the house I’d been using as a base and hopped through the back window. I was waiting it out in a closet when it said that I had a very bad feeling…And then"YOU SHOULD QUIT THE GAME NOW"
I totally should load up on all the disorder traits next time I decide to have !!FUN!! clearly. How much worse is Chemical Imbalance plus Schizophrenia? o3o
Have infection resistant mutation

Not sure if Denatured Alcohol cleans wounds or not.
Finished putting together an extra-light 1-square pedal-powered wheelchair with my 20 strength character. I then zoomed through a turret roadblock at 100km/h with the bullets reflecting off my armor. This thing can go 64km/h without draining my character’s stamina. Now I should put a mounted turret on it. I could get used to this kind of badassery. Who needs a giant mobile base anyways?
every time i start a new lab game i find myself taking longer and longer, ive already passed the point where i cheat in food X3 whenever my character gets hungry, wish the labs were not so devoid of food for such game starts
