Makes noise and probably dings your morale for “Heard Disturbing Scream”, IIRC. Blood from the walls and floor for that execution-chamber feeling, I should think: 62 cut damage ain’t a joke!

Napalmed the SHIT out of a slime pit with my milkor and about a dozen 40mm incendiary. It was good for a laugh but it really didnt do anything. Might come back later with even heavier ordinance to see if I cant whittle them down a bit more. Bobs new headquarters seems to be smack dab in the middle between a slime pit and a fungal forest…should prove a worthy challenge.

Found an NPC near my beloved farm that was the sort that got hostile if you stayed around for too long. Had a stick of dynamite, so I lit it and stood around for 19 turns before bouncing the thing off their face. Would’ve just beat them to death with my shovel, but they were holding a RMx80 battle rifle (or something along those lines) that wasn’t loaded. Didn’t figure out that last bit until after I checked their body. Oh well, it was still awesome, and they had a grenade on them. Net 0, I suppose.
