In the desolate ruins of San-Diago(I wanted to play in a huge urban sprawl so I set the city size to echsbawks hueg) there was a single computer geek when the shit hit the fan. From his home he ventured out in search of weapons and food…Luckily I ran across a pile of dead scientists quite early and…found a liking to tasty manflesh. Even whipped up a few nice dishes from the morsels as well as some strange ‘cybernetics’. Isn’t that just a myth? Huh…Well lets just see if this sword gizmo fits in my arm…
Flashforward days later.
I am the walking apocalypse. I’ve carved a small empire out of the ruins of a military bunker. Lording over a small tribe of fierce cannibal warriors as their cybernetic Warlord after pillaging a couple scientist bunkers and walking out with enough tech shoved under my skin to make me just short of unstoppable. With sword-arm -in- hand and a beastly LMG in the other little stands in our way as I force any survivor I find to join…or be the next meal. I also think being suited up head to toe in the bones of your enemies is really nifty too.
STAY TUNED TO THE EXCITING SAGA THAT IS…BOB. THE WALKING APOCALYPSE.

Smash the display cases
Find 3 katanas and 2 raipers
Ohshitnugga.jpeg
Compares to zweihander for comparison
Finds out that there are now dull kinds of swords
FUUUUUUUUUUU
Ehehehehe~
I was waiting for someone to find out about the dull replica weapons and rage.
Speaking of which I need to get back into making some more buildings, maybe add a few more variants of various buildings including the antique store.
I’m actually curious if anyone has been screwed over by picking up a replica sword without inspecting it first yet.
Speaking of pranks, have Potato Mashers been added yet?
Just started a new game with a bow-based survivor named Oliver Queen in the world Starling City. What do I find just outside my shelter? A bunch of traps and detritus and right in the middle of it… some Mirakuru, er, mutagen.
Well. Explosives seem to draw a lot of attention ol’ Bob the walking apocalypse’s way. Couple zombie hordes later and ammo, supplies, explosives, plebeians and overall enthusiasm has ran out…Welp. Time to set these couple of mininukes on a timer and book it. Didnt stick around to find out but one assumes the bunker and most of the horde has met a nuclear end.
ONWARD! To the next adventure! Side note. Found a time dilation and teleportion CBM in some zombie scientists to add to his increasingly inhuman physique(cleaned them off with a wet nap of course). More machine than man by now.
Ah. Gotta love those lads who keep katanas in their basements along with a nice shotgun with all the trimmings [attachments + custom ammo].
Time to go wreck everything now.

Just found a historic weapons book.
Sorry machete, you’ve served me winter and well over that, but I’ll keep you in a nice place.
Zewihander or broadsword? Weight is a huge problem in late game.
Generally I prefer the broadsword. At that damage level, nothing is difficult to kill anyway, and it’s a bit more portable.
Also, found a functional-ish humvee, so off we go a-zombie-ramming.
Broadsword’s generally the next better weapon from the machete. Ideally it’d also be the step away from practical all-purpose blade and into weapon-only territory, though. I think butchering doesn’t take that into consideration yet, though.
Oh. Oh my. So, I find a little LAMOE shelter. I head on down, not much in here but water, oh, wait, a chainsaw? Maybe I can craft something in here, I think. … 30 minutes later: Combat Chainsaw. I have no words for my joy.
Could be worse: you ever try one of those artifact swords? Those things get hefty, too.
Uh, that’s usually pretty time-limited. As in 20 turns, tops, back when I was playing. That or kill all the horrors; if none show up, that’s unfortunate but it should time out. If it doesn’t, cross-file in the Garage.
Pfft, I’ve been waiting there for a day. Bug, but my experimental version is a bit old.
And is there anything in the save file that can be changed? I can’t find a “Clear all diseases” buttion anywhere in the debug.
There isn’t one. Cross-file anyway; I don’t think anyone’s touched Amigara Obsession in a while, and i2amroy’s working on health, diseases, etc so xe might be able to incorporate the fix if someone doesn’t get it sooner.
