I’m into the summer on a 90-day season. I forgot just how hot the summers can run. At least now I won’t be short on solar energy for the array.
With 3 cargo carriers, I can make larger salvage runs to the town, which is 95% composed of dismantling every vehicle on the street and ferrying the parts back to the base. I have all the rigs installed, and now I’m piecing together the various sections. Altogether, the structure weighs nearly 10000 lbs. Next up will be the crew quarters and then engineering. I might include a command section just for the hell of it and try to get the whole thing to move before I seal it up behind walls. Hell, maybe then I can find a bigger city to settle down next to.

There was a slight description error on the old tank bots. It had a 88mm main gun or something the description said. (Actually it shoots smg rounds ).
Spawn rate 50. Had to kill 500 zombies to get to that gun store. Gonna weld up some kind of armored death-car with laser turrets before I go into a town again I think. It wasn’t exactly hard, but it took a lot of time.
Took 2 (ingame)days and about 2.3k kills, mostly heading straight to the middle of a town beating the unliving crap out of them and then going to schools to ‘teach’ about the benefits of bionic enhancements.
My two-day old survivor just barely managed to beat a Hulk to death with a nail bat, was at |\ torso health afterward, which is about |\ more than I expected. I tried to lure him through a trap nest to weaken him, but he was chasing me too closely so I couldn’t risk getting him to step on a land mine without blowing myself up, too.
Still, I’m proud of my Kaylee Rivera! :3
Jasmine Bennett was an unemployed female, died on the 11th day of spring.
I basically started a character with 20 base strength, and wanted to see how long I could last.
Total kills was 961
Started out by bludgeoning every zombie in town to death with my two-by-four, eventually my fists. Then put on so much clothing I had a melee skill equivalent to negative 12. Then got into a 2 day long sparring match with a zombie child in the clothing store dressing room. Melee skill (base) was seven. Before I finally killed the damn thing. Fled to the sewers, without a light source, and stumbled into an ant queen chamber. Proceeded to kill 314 soldier ants with my trusty tin can, pipe, and sneakers. Eventually just ran because I was making zero progress. Ran out of the pitch-black sewers into the pitch black night of the over world. Ran on the road, sleeping in cars and killing the occasional zoose/zombear with a rock. On day 14 ran into a fungal grove, tried to melee the center part to death. Found out that being pushed around my walls springing up is extremely painful, and that no amount of t-shirts and sweaters will protect you from them.

I’ve been doing pretty good with my current survivor. The shelter was a bit far from an urban area so I decided to move. I searched houses and stores and managed to get enough inventory space to claim a building and take loot inside.
I claimed a grocery store at the edge of town, boarded all 6 windows and organized the stuff I’ve been picking up in the display racks and glass fridges. The store has a nice little room at the back which is now my room.
I haven’t been able to find a working car or welder to start making my usual survivor vehicle so I have been using the shopping carts to carry loot back home. I found a hammer and a screwdriver so I decided not only to loot houses and stores but also to dismantle everything I can from them. I have enough materials to build me a cabin!
I’m pretty happy right now coz I found a liquor store and I managed to take lots and lots of tasty beverages back home. My character is a drunken master so now he will carry his canteen with battle brew instead of water. :3

Assuming you made a continuous project of it, that’s a bit of a rush but seems about reasonable. Probably a little less than 3 attacks per zed on average. Opinions?

Yeah usually took about 2-3 hits for most zombies tougher stuff took more of course.
I feel that’s long enough to learn a style from the bionic, or maybe slightly longer, 2-3k kills with it is more than enough for a char to analyze the movements of their body under the effects of the bionic or for it to become muscle memory, whatever fluff reason you want to give for learning a martial art style from it.
The style is pretty good even with melee skills capped at 5 while using it.
The block and counter is very good, probably the best technique of any style.
I’ve never seen impale or cleave happen even with the mono-blade active, possibly bugged(or I never noticed could be a possibility).
Sweep kicks I find happen to frequently when armed, not opposed to it being frequent unarmed.
The rapid attacks, nothing really note worthy to say other than they could be like 3-4 weaker attacks that happen essentially at once.
If it’s possible having a throw ability while using the hydraulic muscles, it’s a combat style based around using your various bionics and using something that gives a huge boost to your strength would make even the weakest char able to throw most critters to the ground.
My base thing is now over 11000 pounds. A thin resource is rope right now, for making the wonderful cargo carrier parts. The superbase will have a cargo bay, so I need lots of rope. a small car with intact seat belts will yield 4 short ropes; 2 short of making a long rope. Sporting goods and hardware stores have the best chance to carry long rope, but towns are small and far between.Even with a triffid grove within driving distance, making rope from scratch will be difficult. It takes 50 thread to make a small string, 300 to make a long string. 1800 to make a short rope, and 9000 to make a long rope. That means to make one cargo carrier, I need 36,000 thread to make the rope from scratch. An alternative is necessary.
I got really lucky and found a wrecked semi. It had at least 6 damaged cargo carriers and a few more destroyed ones. Needless to say, I obsoleted my shopping cart immediately…And then promptly lost it along with the goods it had in it, including an anvil. It may have been destroyed in a garage fire (brazier turned into a blazer), but I’m hoping that’s not the case.
After that joy, I went to run back to base and sleep IRL, and failed to notice a zombear. My activated light strip has now outlived several characters. Todo: be less of a noob, and be more cautious.
Almost fully tricked out my mobile base (converted semi). What’s missing are upgraded solar panels but I can’t find Robots for fun and profit anywhere (that’s after raiding six mansions, four schools and countless town libraries). It’s currently parked outside a lab that I’m in the process of raiding. Have not yet decided weather to release eldritch horrors I found in observation rooms there for some combat fun.

Damn this was not a short run. Normal monsters, zombies and aliens were too easy to deal with due to my Karate proficiency. I just slaughtered anything that came in my way. My hideout was once again full of at least 5k volume of stuff.
I was just coming home with another trunk-full of stuff in my luggage cart when I was set upon by 4 shocker zombies combined with spitters and a brute. They would be no problem individually, but together, they just couldn’t be beaten.
I’m sure that if I found a hulk, I’d have kicked it’s ass.

I just ate my plastic canteen. I changed the key binding for quick access, didn’t notice the water ran out. Internal furnace took care of the rest.
Ran my not-all-too-sturdy mobile base into a building after spending about a week hopped up on coke, reading books.
Should make for an okay drawing.
That’s why I don’t install it anymore.
