that reminds me, last time i played i filled up both 20L tanks on diesel alongside the one i already had with gasoline and did some more exploring, nothing really too good or too much going on, just thought it was funny that right as i removed the diesel engine entirely and went with three electric i filled up on diesel.

my vehicle got some more modifications too, i added some tank tracks out of necessity cause i realized i can only move forward and only if i’m not stuck off road otherwise.

I started a new game at work and have plate, scabbard and broadsword.
I’m using ordinary 0.D without the launcher. How can I take my saved game home with me??

Locate your cataclysm directory and find the save folder (should be something like blah blah\cdda\save.)

There should be a folder with the name of the world.

Pretty sure you can just copy that file to a thumb drive and paste it in the same place back at home. If you’re using the same version it should work. Version might not even matter if they’re close.

o_o I’m only ‘mostly’ sure, though.

Thanks! I can always download the old version to continue without bugs. I was looking inside this folder for the particular saved game, but it makes more sense to also copy the world and all it’s saves.

Pretty sure this is as deep underground as I’ve ever gone, these places really are massive. Basically a city sized facility when you added up all the levels.

After about 10 in game months of on/off work between vehicle building, farming, sourcing materials etc I’ve reached Stage One in my teams mutation experiments.
None of these started out with robust genetics apart from Sterling and Sarah (who was already mutated and I’m not sure I’m actually going to change anything on) and apart from Sarah and Sterling they were all the captives I rescued from the bandit apartment base. I’ve learned a few things while working on them, NPC “starting” traits can be purified for instance, all the captives started with the same traits. It’s something that might be useful later at some point I guess. Purifier Smart shots made this a lot easier then it could of been, I’d of hated trying this without them since stopping them getting deterioration would of been a nightmare.

Found my, by far, favourite armour in the game. Power armour has it’s moments I guess but RM13 will always be my go to if I had to choose between them.
