First time I’ve ever found these, most I’ve ever got before were spent casings. Happy days.

A little daytime raiding cost me a broken arm, serves me right for getting cocky I guess. The Bastion is an absolute beast now though, I don’t have the energy to run a turbo laser but a regular laser turret is cutting me a path right through the center of town. It still goes through my power quite fast so I might add another engine and mount a generator on it for emegency charging.

Well…I met a new mutant named Abe. The cat kind…hes kinda skittish but hes got claws. Also very very fast. We posted up in a motel for the night. Good sleep for once. Like a cat though he sleeps…alot.
13 hours.

The next day i found…I found one. two years…i have had six legs for two years…Holly said…there are medicines in these labs. Medicines that could cure me. Im going in…i have too.

Wha…what is this?. Oh…oh no no no…no. What…were they doing here? (begins to weep)

It took some travelling and quite a lot of work to get it mobile (no treads) but I’ve found the base for what will be my armoured personal carrier with the most important bit intact.

Started a shotgun hunter and found another double barrel sitting in right in front of the door inside someones bedroom. Currently have two double barrel shotguns strapped to my back, parked behind a window waiting for the starting NPC in the bookstore to make their move on that horde between us.

Update: Got an infected bite on the arm. Nabbed a motorcycle from a campground right on the corner end street of the ghetto, also grabbed some broken tents to mend up. Drove through middle of city for the two pharmacies side by side. Got shot twice by some turrets, minimal damage.

Pharmacies were swamped with zombies, dead something outside with a medkit in full view. Rammed through a hoard of feral runners, did a u-ey, swapped the knife spear for a medkit as I drove by and snatched it up.
Feels good man.

And much time later, my Teams Transport is finally ready.
7 blocks wide, 30 blocks long with full military composite plating.
Features 5 V8 diesel engines, 4 upgraded solar arrays, 2 (emergency) micro reactors, 4 laser turrets, 2 M2 brownings, a metal master, a kitchen master, 2 cockpit areas and a double layed, fully enclosed, seating area for 20 survivors.

so close to a solar roller, you’re there on size already… i think.

I’ve not seen a solar roller before, I think anyways. I imagine this is way too heavy for electric engines though, I went heavy everything. I’ll have to keep my eyes peeled for another atomic mini tank and see how they compare, it might be interesting if I ever get enough mechanics to try swapping the engines out for the enhanced electric engines and see how well it runs but I’m stuck with diesel for now cos if I remove one I won’t be able to remount it.

actually yeah, i haven’t checked if you can still run bus or larger stuff easily all solar anymore, it used to be quite a thing though, i forget the exact name but one of the regulars used to do them religiously.

A bus might be possible tbf, atomic mini tanks aren’t really “light” so to speak but this transport I’ve built is topping 35ton and I’ve not even really started loading it with gear and fuel yet
