Invest a little in tailoring ability, or just grind it up. A duffel bag has twice the carrying capacity of a military rucksack, and only requires a little tailoring skill.
But it adds 3 encumbrance instead of only 2 for the milrucks.
Running out of meth and crack before i can learn to make more. I really want some crack scratches arm
That still means it has a better volume to encumbrance ratio than the military rucksacks, though.
True. And if I’m rolling with guns or a bow the 1 extra encumbrance isn’t a problem, but if I’m running a melee/unarmed char the tradeoff is often worth it, at least until I can grind up a higher melee/unarmed skill.
Don’t say that… the NSA is listening in!
Having terrible OCD and refusing to drop anything setting markers all over the map to come back to later. Also once I find a cabin or other shelter I want to settle in temporarily before I start building a base I always have to organize every single item into groups. Ammo here, weapons here, duct tape here, tools here etc…so time consuming but worth it in the end until I have to move everything once I added to the piles a ton haha…
Love your profile pic, Necru.
Not in the “I want yo baby” way, it’s more like “Aww it’s a bebby” kind of way.
Those darn map errors.
I once found an entirely empty field where there was supposed to be a cabin.

This.
Drawing back the curtains in the morning to reveal an army of critters because you slept near an anthill/slime pit/swamp comes a close second though.
coffee shops without lots and lots of coffee
they never have remotely enough coffee to satisfy my addiction
The fact that almost all the non-positive phrases NPCs give you involve words that I don’t like to use. I mean, I get it, they’re scared and angry at the same time, but it’s just not even close to normal to drop that many F-bombs over the course of a minute.

Nope!
Also zombears. I had a perfectly fine character until one one-shotted my head after I took two steps out of a gas station.
I hate them so much. My first character died like that.

Or angry people, or Marines/Literally anyone in something related to the Army, or the French, or members of most bands…
Seriously, there’s one in the “get out of my way” phrase.

In the grimdarkness of !future New England everyone has learned to talk from videos of Gordon Ramsay.
I hear you. Ideally once NPCs get developed a bit more well add in a profanity free option to cut out most of the worst stuff (since I know there are certainly others out there who find it annoying as well).
