Stalker trait/profession. You start with survivor gear and a sawed-off double barrel shotgun and an AK-47. You must also constantly drink wodka and diet sausage, and periodically shout “AYYEEE CHEEKI BREEKI IV DAMKE!” and similar lines.

Increased chance of finding anomalies and cannot wear anything that’s not survivor gear and tracksuits.

When an enemy NPC tells you to drop your weapon, you can say “Get out of here, stalker.” with a 40% chance of them just leaving afterwards.
