With the addition of water / amphibian-centric mutations, perhaps options for an underwater base can be explored? I’d imagine feeling more at home in a river than in any kind of dry shelter if I was a fully mutated cephalopod. Thoughts?
Also, bigger bodies of water such as lakes, heck, maybe even a sea with islands?
We kinda need Z levels before anything resembling an underwater shelter is feasible. We will surely have those types of things, we just have to wait for a version or two. Biome generation has been something that we want implemented into the game for a while now, also going to happen eventually.
Good to hear. Speaking of Z-levels, once those are implemented will we be able to connect surface construction to underground one? I’m thinking banks of solar panels routed to power machinery below ground?
