If you cover the rest of the URSA III in any kind of boat hulls, your total floating mass would be ~88_800 kg. At current mass, you would need 37 30" wheels to reach 50% offroad and 73 30" wheels to reach 100% offroad. At maximum amphibious mass, your offroad would be 16% with 30, 21% at 37 and 51% at 73 wheels.
