Updating using the launcher breaks something

When I try loading my file after updating to the newest experimental, This happens.
If I continue after this it shows me this:

And If I continue after that (Which pops up multiple times with different Line numbers) My character appears floating in the air, with nothing above or below her.

This was after updating from 9446 to 9449 but it also killed off my other character when I updated to 9446 before. I do have quite a few mods but I am really not sure if any would do this only when the game updates.

EDIT: And it is still broken after restoring to the previous version as well.

Huh, After updating to the newest version with a very default character and world, nothing bad happened. I’m going to have to check my 15-20 mod list now to figure out what kept breaking it.
