The best way to understand MGS is to play it but, you can always watch the cinematic lets plays of it instead. I’d Recommend Metal Gear Solid for playstation and MGS 3 snake eater for the PS2. MGS is more like a movie than a game so it shouldn’t be so hard to watch.
