That would be a sash she’s got on her waist. Looks like she’s definitely Boggled at something, getting into Anime!Female! eyes, but yeah, posture’s good and the overall expression and dimensions work well.
(In my limited experience, manga/anime tends to give women and children much larger eyes than men. Similar effect in Doonesbury, but there it’s pretty clearly limited to children and Boopsie/Barbara Ann Boopstein.)[/quote]
I think that your eyes work pretty well, but might be better if they were roughly 3/4 of their current size. I’m definitely for having large eyes in your art style, though, as it allows it to be much more expressive.
