This is from 2005. I did not have good art software in 2005, although I did have my tablet PC by then. Highschool afforded me little time for the internet, but a lot of breaks for drawing. I could pass classes and work mindlessly on art tasks over the course of a work week.
I don’t really do that anymore in university. Now my days are spent in class unable to multitask like that, or not needed to wait on campus, so I go home and do internet stuff and my art remains neglected. This saddens me a little. With university ending so soon, I hope to make a return to doing bigger art investments like this.

For what it’s worth, the paper is 9"x12", it’s still fairly precise, but mostly it’s not a small picture. Work big if you want to think big. Room for error is a very literal thing in art.
Yeah, the bouncy moose is pretty nice. Little jerky for an ani-gif but I think it’s slow enough to be safe for epileptics. (spoiler tag is still best-practice, but I’m not demanding one here.)
Woah, to be honest I just made anything, BUT CUTE ZOMBIE MOOSE
Hmm, anyways, going to edit it just in case! Thanks!
Games. You must make them! That’s some lovely stuff.
I’ll call him… Meepsy. He moves like a Meepsy.
Oh man, how I’d wish to be able to code. Make games, worlds of mine go live! So many ideas, so little knowledge. The most I did apart from Flash little projects was to try a roguelike python+libtcod tutorial. I should continue that thing. Got the character to move and be called class player, that was just an amazing experience.
Though i never play this game, it thought it could be really fun to make a spritesheet for it. Se there it is! It was an incredibly tought and long work, but i like how it is now! I love it.
Here you have a bad phone picture because the game does not let me take an screenie:
Hope you like it!
I’m still searching for a replacement until I can get Photoshop again.
I’ve had good experiences with SAI, but it’s got an even smaller selection of Brushes than Sketchbook to my knowledge, and it’s not free. It’s awesome for linework though.
