Starting Evac Shelter w/ Hardcore Trait tiein

I was thinking maybe there should be an added restriction that makes it so your starting evac shelter cannot have a Triffid or Swamp within 10 tiles of it. If it does, it’ll discard that start location and choose another. Also some restrictions on the nearby town wouldn’t be horrible. Now, with the Hardcore trait this would be turned off. Hardcore should be exactly that. Come what will. Of course a lot of people would probably play with Hardcore. :stuck_out_tongue:
